In this session, we will look at the features provided by the Pro Enterprise version of Remine. Remine is a farming and predictive analytics tool provide at no additional cost to StellarMLS subscribers. Built by Realtors, Remine allows agents to target market properties in a farm based on factors like home equity, length of ownership, absentee vs owner-occupied and more. In addition, Remine will track identified properties for public record activities.
Other features include exporting data for properties, integrated print and mail of collateral and easy to print mailing labels.
Organic Reach Through YouTube
In this session, we will explore the opportunities to create informational video content, targeted with specific long tail keywords, (yes, I’m gonna talk a bit about organic SEO) that can help people seek you out because of your expertise. One requirement for this session is no fear of how you look and sound on video. If you would like a head start for this session, check out Karin Carr and her book, YouTube for Real Estate Agents.
